On the day itself, our on-site logistics team manages everything quietly in the background — transport between venues, furniture moving and setup, and guest coordination, along with any last-minute adjustments — so clients and their guests never have to think about the mechanics of the event. We arrange private transfers for the couple and guests, handle the moving and arranging of furniture and décor between spaces, and manage preparation areas and timing, staying ahead of weather, traffic, and schedule changes so clients are free to be fully present in their own celebration..
